^ the neighbours roof. with this light constantly on, the car horn code and the lookout they employ it is no wonder they inspire me to staple their testicals to their feet, or each others feet, either way it is a connection of feet and testicals.

they employ a lookout? eeps! creepy.
i discovered another lookout at the front of the house.
but that was during a party with insanly loud techno music. odly couldn't hear it on their street but could feel it on my street.
